Send us the device model, iOS or Android version, app version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots or screen recordings are helpful when the issue is visual.
Subscriptions and billing
Include the email associated with your account and any available receipt details. Purchases made through Apple or Google may also need to be managed through that store account.
Betting tools and data
For line, odds, feed, or image-to-betslip issues, include the sport, sportsbook, screenshot, betslip, or chat link that best shows the problem.
